俗話說:早上吃的好,中午吃的飽,晚上吃的少.這是最好的飲食習(xí)慣.
早上吃的好是說早餐是最重要的一餐,品種要多而雜.如:牛奶,燕麥,面包,蛋類外加一個(gè)水果或一杯果汁,粥,米飯,菜,肉類,蛋類加水果,另外,面條,餛飩,黑芝麻糊等都是營養(yǎng)易消化的食物,早餐吃最好.另注,喝牛奶后要隔半個(gè)小時(shí)在吃橘子.
中午要吃的飽是因?yàn)閯诶哿艘簧衔?而下午還要繼續(xù),因此,中餐一定要吃飽.在吃中餐前半個(gè)小時(shí)最好吃一個(gè)蘋果.
晚餐要吃的少主要是晚餐過后,基本不運(yùn)動,長時(shí)間如此,身體會生病,而且如果要節(jié)食減肥,最好的就是節(jié)晚餐.可以少吃點(diǎn),或以水果代替.就餐前先喝湯類或者粥類,產(chǎn)生腹?jié)q感,吃的就會少.

如果有特殊習(xí)慣或比較挑剔的,可以自己準(zhǔn)備一些備用食品。到了那里其實(shí)只有你遷就它;但也不能挨餓。
