第一圈``手的位置 換法
重要的是換手支撐身體，時間不用過長3秒就行，重點是空中換手的動作 1次就行。 習(xí)慣左手轉(zhuǎn)的人用右手先下地，逆時針轉(zhuǎn)，右手下地的位置是左腳前方``下地的同時身體已經(jīng)騰空``然后左手在右手后面找地〈這時身體已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)了90度〉。這時右手推一下地``右手離地〈左手支撐全部身體〉身體的重心換到了左手``在換手的同時你的身體會有一點點的旋轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢。這時右手去抓左手手腕。剛抓到手時手臂有一點點彎曲，手臂瞬間用力。身體這時已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)了一圈。
